Vasim Mukaddam

Vasim Mukaddam has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Vasim started their career in 1995 as a Senior Engineer at S. N. Bhobe and Associates Pvt. Ltd, where they worked on the construction of flyovers and bridges in Mumbai.

In 1998, Vasim joined Genesys International as a Project Leader and later became an Onsite Project Manager for the USDA CLU Project in the West Indies. Vasim was responsible for creating a Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) to capture Cultivated Land Units (CLU).

Vasim then moved to Rolta Middle East - Oman in 2004, where they held several positions including Assistant Manager, General Manager, Senior Manager-Projects, and Senior Project Manager. Vasim worked on various projects involving topographic mapping, landbase mapping, user need study, project specification, and project coordination.

In 2016, Vasim joined Target Information Services as the Director of Geospatial Solutions before returning to Genesys International as a Deputy General Manager. In this role, they served as the Program Director for the Landbase Maps project for Apple Maps.

Since 2017, Vasim has been working at Genesys International Corporation Ltd, initially as the Deputy General Manager before taking on the position of General Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President and Program Director for the Jaipur 3D City project, responsible for managing a team of 375 staff to deliver a 3D city model to the Rajasthan Government.

Throughout their career, Vasim has demonstrated strong project management skills and expertise in geospatial solutions.

Vasim Mukaddam's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Construction from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Civil Engineering from M.H.S.S College of Engineering from 1990 to 1992. Vasim completed their secondary education at St Joseph's High School, Vikhroli, obtaining their SSC degree from 1978 to 1988. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 6Sigma Services in 2018.
