Kaela Koehler

Kaela Koehler is an experienced professional who has worked as an Onboarding Specialist II at IGEN since September 2022. Prior to that, Kaela served as a Technology Support Specialist at CESA 6 from September 2016 to May 2018 and as an IS Analyst II at Appvion from May 2018 to September 2022. In their roles, Kaela has been involved in investigating, planning, and implementing support needs for VDI Horizon environments, as well as managing companywide upgrades from Windows 7 to Windows 10, including the installation of new hardware for all end users.
