Jenny Bergstrom de Souza

Jenny Bergstrom de Souza serves as the Director of Operations at Holmen Iggesund since April 2015, leading the mill's production, engineering, investments, and IT systems. Prior roles include Managing Director at Iggesund Paperboard Workington Mill and various leadership positions within the company, focusing on boardmaking, finishing, and production. Previously, Jenny worked at Stora Enso, overseeing recovery and drying machine operations, and held a technical control manager position at Veracel Celulose S/A. Early career experience includes roles at Stora Enso in laboratory management, development engineering, and research. Jenny holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Luleå University of Technology and completed an Executive Management Program at Stockholm School of Economics.
