Johan Padel

Johan Padel is the SVP of Wood Products at Iggesund Paperboard. Johan has over 20 years of experience in the forestry and wood products industries. Johan began their career as a managing director at Siljan Wood Products AB in 1999. In 2002, they became the managing director at Swedwood, a subsidiary of IKEA. Johan was responsible for improving the value chain and investing in a new sawmill. In 2004, they left Swedwood to become the CEO of Setra Group. During their time at Setra Group, they led the company through a profit improvement program and created a new management team. In 2013, they returned to Swedwood as the managing director. In 2014, they left Swedwood to join Iggesund Paperboard as the SVP of Wood Products.

Johan Padel has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Stockholm University and a degree in Business Administration and Management from Örebro University.
