Andrew Poole most recently served as Chief Investment Officer and Director of Tiberius Acquisition Corporation, the blank check special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) incorporated in 2015 to serve as a vehicle for the acquisition of a target business, ultimately completing a business combination with IGI in 2020.

Andrew has over 15 years of diversified insurance investment experience with a focus on portfolio management, analyzing and investing in public insurance companies.
