Mark Sullivan

Mark Sullivan is the current VP Claims at IGI. Mark has over 24 years of experience in the benefits consulting industry. Mark started their career at Mercer in 1997 as Head of International - EMEA. In 2008, they moved to Aon Hewitt and became Head of International EMEA. Mark then became Head of M&A Services EMEA in 2011 and Head of Global Benefits Management in 2012. In 2015, they joined Fidelity Investments as SVP Benefits Consulting - Global Practice Leader and stayed there until 2021 when they joined IGI.

Their manager is Wasef Jabsheh, CEO & Vice Chairman. Some of their coworkers include Pervez Rizvi - Group CFO, Henri Labat - Senior Executive Officer, IGI Dubai, and Simon Levy - SVP Reinsurance.
