From 2015 to 2016, Patricia worked as a Quality Analyst at Marelli, leading continuous improvement projects and training new employees in the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology. Patricia then joined Unilever in 2016 as a WCM Analyst, acting as a Business Analyst for an intranet system and managing tests and bug reports.

From 2020 to 2021, Patricia worked as a Student Leader - Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) at Conestoga College. Patricia led study sessions and planned activities for students in programming courses.

Starting in 2021, Patricia joined Igloo Software as a Full-stack Developer Co-op, responsible for designing and implementing features, troubleshooting underperforming areas, and creating new enhancements. In 2023, they continued their work at Igloo Software as a Software Developer.

Patricia C. Vieira da Costa has a diverse education history. Patricia started their academic journey in 2009 at the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
