Tracy Hek

Tracy Hek has been working in the professional world since 1998. Tracy began their career at Royal Building Products as an HR Generalist, followed by a role as a Human Resources - Recruitment at AppleOne. In 2000, they joined SiteSuite Australasia as a Corporate Trainer and Implementation Specialist and Web Design and Account Manager. In 2012, they became the CEO of SiteChallenge, a 12 week, completely online programme that helps individuals unlock the mysteries of managing a successful online business. In 2013, they moved to Medibank Health Solutions as an LMS Design and Implementation Specialist. In 2015, they joined FirstOntario Credit Union as a Sr. System Design Analyst, and in 2022 they began working at Igloo Software as a Sr Implementation Manager.

Tracy Hek obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from McMaster University between 1994 and 1998. Tracy then went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services at Humber College between 1997 and 1998. In 2002 and 2003, they obtained a Diploma in Web Design/Digital Media from Seneca College with a focus on Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. Most recently, in 2014 and 2015, Tracy Hek completed a Cert IV - TAE40110 in Training and Assessment from Sydney Community College.
