Alexia Danef

Alexia Danef has an extensive work history in talent acquisition and human resources. Alexia has worked for IGM Financial Inc. since 2018, beginning as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Strategy, then advancing to Assistant Vice President and currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, they held various HR roles at Mackenzie Investments from 2007 to 2017, including Director and Senior HR Business Partner. Before that, they gained experience in HR at ADESA, Christies, and Ogilvy Renault.

Alexia Danef holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) degree from Western University.
