Andrea Gralek

Andrea Gralek is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in relationship management and the execution of complex HR initiatives. Currently serving as the AVP, HR Business Partner at IGM Financial Inc. since June 2022, Andrea previously held the role of Human Resources Director at Sun Life Financial from January 2018 to June 2022, as well as multiple senior HR positions at TD, including Senior Manager, HR Business Partner for Wealth Management. With a deep passion for developing talent acquisition, management, and diversity strategies, Andrea has successfully contributed to various aspects of human resources throughout a career that began with diverse roles at TD. Andrea is an alumnus of Western University.
