Ella Birden

Ella Birden currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Third Party Governance at IGM Financial Inc., having joined the company in March 2024. Prior to this role, Ella spent five years at RBC as a Global Supplier Manager, focusing on strategic technology supplier relationships and leading efforts to optimize vendor governance processes. Additionally, Ella has extensive experience in vendor management, having worked at TD to enhance third-party risk and contract management, and at Omnicom Group, where responsibilities included overseeing international technology procurement across the EMEA region. Ella's earlier roles also include strategic consulting and managing publisher relations, where significant growth and profitability improvements were achieved. Ella holds a BA Honours in Economics from the University of Hull.
