Milorad Stefanovic

Milorad Stefanovic has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Milorad started their career in 1999 as a Research Lead at the University of California and later moved on to become a Research Lead at the University of Calgary. In 2001, they joined IBM as a Senior Consultant/Architect in Business Consulting Services, where they gained experience in software development and consulting. During this time, they also served as a Development Lead for a distributed WebSphere development team and received a US patent for an integrated visual and language-based method for reusable data transformations.

In 2006, Stefanovic joined RBC, where they held several positions over the years. Milorad started as a Manager in Business Architecture and later became a Senior Manager in Enterprise Business Architecture. In 2010, they transitioned to RBC Wealth Management as the Director of Business Program Management and Operations Engineering. Milorad then returned to RBC as the Director of Sales Service and Investment Channels, followed by roles as the Senior Director of Commercial Credit and Branch Platform and the Head of Digital Business Banking. In these roles, Stefanovic demonstrated leadership in driving business and technology innovation, managing large portfolios, and delivering successful digital solutions.

In 2018, Stefanovic joined IGM Financial Inc. as the Vice President of Digital, Automation & Integration and Head of Salesforce CoE. In this enterprise-level executive role, they were responsible for the IGM Digital Platform, delivering omni-channel digital experience and insights across various stakeholders. Milorad achieved key accomplishments such as developing and executing digital technology strategies, creating new digital platforms, and implementing Salesforce Einstein Analytics Sales application.
