Oleksiy V. is a seasoned professional in information security and threat management, currently serving as AVP Threat Management at IGM Financial Inc. since November 2023. With extensive experience at Canada Life from 2017 to 2023 in various roles including AVP Enterprise Architect, Risk & Security, and Sr. Systems Architect, Oleksiy has also held key positions at organizations such as 24-7 Intouch and Great-West Life. A background in technical direction for the Canadian Cyber Defence Challenge and volunteer leadership with (ISC)2 Manitoba/Saskatchewan chapter further highlight Oleksiy's commitment to the field. Oleksiy holds a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Information Security Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine, along with various language and program certificates.
