Sandy Warmington

Sandy Warmington is a seasoned professional in the field of employee benefits and wellness, currently serving as Senior Manager of Wellness at IGM Financial Inc. since June 2021, where the focus is on the strategic development and oversight of wellness programs with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Previously, Sandy held the position of Senior Manager, Benefits & Wellness at Ricoh Canada Inc. from 2002 to 2020, managing all aspects of Canadian benefits and wellness programs, including compliance oversight and contract negotiations.
