Allen Sutton, CP

Allen Sutton, CP has worked in the Human Resources field since 2010. Allen began their career as an Executive Recruiter for CEO, Inc. in 2010. In 2012, they moved to RoundPoint Mortgage Company as a Human Resource Specialist, where they provided onboarding and Human Resource services to support the business needs of three RoundPoint companies and the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In 2014, they joined Carolina Urology Partners as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing Human Resources services to support all business needs for 40+ provider medical group and supporting the Chief Administrative Officer. In 2016, they moved to American Woodmark as a Human Resources Supervisor, providing talent acquisition and employee retention services to support all business needs for a 1.2 million sq. foot manufacturing facility in Lincolnton, NC with 1,000 employees. Allen is currently working as the People & Organization Manager, North America for IGM Resins since 2021.

Allen Sutton obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management and a Minor in Food, Beverage and Sports Entertainment & Event Management from Johnson & Wales University between 2006 and 2010. In 2021, they obtained the SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty certification from SHRM. Allen is also a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
