Babette van Loon

Babette van Loon has extensive experience in Human Resources. Babette began their career in 1995 as an HR Consultant at NLnet. Babette then worked as a Consultant at Van den Boogaart Personeelszaken in 2000, followed by HR Consultant at Exact Training & consultancy in 1999. In 2001, they were a Human Resource Officer at Fokker Elmo, and in 2008, they worked as Human Resources at ADA ict. In 2010, they became a Strategic HR partner and HR consultant at Webhelp Nederland. In 2014, they were promoted to HR Manager at Webhelp Nederland, Customer Experience Innovators, and in 2022, they became People & organisation manager EMEA at IGM Resins.

Babette van Loon's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (1987-1991), a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Lycee International St Germain en Laye (1984-1987), a Post-HBO in Arbeidsrecht from Avans University of Applied Sciences (2006-2006), and a HBO in Personeel en Organisatie from ISBW (1995-1996). Babette is currently studying for a degree in Psychologie at the Open Universiteit (2010-2016).
