Christina Colón

Christina Colón has a diverse work history. Christina began their career in 2015 as a Laboratory Student at East Carolina University, where they took multiple college chemistry courses including organic, inorganic, physical and quantitative each accompanied by laboratory courses. In 2016, they became a Supervisor at Mecklenburg County Aquatics, where they managed and oversaw day-to-day lifeguard operations for multiple county pools, scheduled and maintained staff of county pools, and maintained lifeguard certifications/standards while on the job as well as oversaw customer relations with patrons. In 2018, they took on the role of Operations Assistant at Stumpy's Hatchet House, where they scheduled reservations and engaged in customer service/relations daily, and assisted in day-to-day operations during shifts including cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and coordinating/organizing special events. In 2020, they became a Quality Control Chemist at Mallard Creek Polymers. Currently, they are a Research And Development Chemist at IGM Resins.

Christina Colón attended East Carolina University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a degree in Chemistry with a field of study in Forensic Chemistry.
