Paul Dijckmans

Paul Dijckmans has held various roles in the finance and business sectors since 1999. Paul began their career at Ernst & Young as an IT Auditor, where they were responsible for planning and executing EDP audits. In 2003, they moved to Corus Group PLC as a Strategy & Development Manager and Senior Operational Auditor, where they were primarily responsible for customer and product portfolio optimization, strategic business modelling, alignment of commercial plans, product development and operations planning. In 2009, they joined Tata Steel Strip Products Mainland Europe as a Senior Business Analyst, Finance & Control, where they were responsible for financial assessment of business cases and investment proposals, as well as valuation of financial benefits and calculation of return on investment. In 2012, they moved to Nidera as a Senior Business Planning Analyst, where they provided financial advisory and support in M&A transactions and capital investment projects. Since 2017, they have been at IGM Resins, where they have held the roles of Business Transformation Manager, Global Sales Controller, and Corporate FP&A Manager.

Paul Dijckmans completed their MBA with distinction at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2005 to 2009. From 2000 to 2002, they obtained their RE from TIAS Business School, specializing in Master of IT Auditing. Paul also earned an MSc in Information Management from Tilburg University between 1994 and 1999. Paul's educational background began with Carolus from 1988 to 1994.
