Vice President - Energy Curing Resins at IGM Resins

Rijoy Putatunda started their work experience in 1994 as a Management Trainee at IFB Automotive Pvt Ltd. In 1995, they became a Project Engineer, Applications at Philips Electronic Manufacturing Technology B.V. in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

In 1999, Rijoy joined allnex and held various roles including Project Manager Technical Purchasing & MRO, e-Business Program Manager, Marketing Manager for Graphics, Radcure Europe, and European Purchasing Director. Rijoy worked at allnex until 2005.

From 2006 to 2018, Rijoy worked at DSM, starting as a Business Development Manager and progressing to Global Business Director for different divisions such as Plastics+, Adhesives and Graphic Arts, and Architectural Coatings. Rijoy also served as the President for DSM from 2014 to 2016.

Currently, Rijoy is employed at IGM Resins as the Vice President - Energy Curing Resins, a position they have held since 2019.

Rijoy Putatunda completed their education in a chronological order. Rijoy began their education at St. Xavier's College from 1977 to 1985, although the specific degree or field of study is unknown. Following this, from 1987 to 1989, they attended Wilson College Chowpatty Mumbai 400 007; however, it is not stated whether they completed a degree or field of study during this time. In 1990, Rijoy enrolled at Manipal Institute of Technology and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they completed in 1994. Seeking further education, they attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In 2014, Rijoy briefly attended IMD, completing the ELP 1 program.
