Pushkar Deshpande

Pushkar Deshpande has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pushkar is currently working at Ignitarium as a Sr Principal Engineer/DV Practise Head since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Western Digital as a Sr Manager, ASIC Engineering from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for building the ASIC team and successfully tape out the RapidFlex ASIC. Before that, they were at Chelsio Communications as a DV Manager /HW from 2017 to 2020, where they built the DV team and set the DV process for networking ASIC/HW solutions. Pushkar also worked at Qualcomm as a Staff Engineer from 2015 to 2017, where they were involved in the functional verification of server SoCs and Broadband SoCs. Pushkar has also worked as a Verification Consultant and as a Technical Manager at Samsung Electronics Co Ltd. and HCL Technologies Ltd respectively. Pushkar started their career as a Hardware Engineer at HCL Group.

Pushkar Deshpande earned a Master of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1992, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics at the University of Mumbai.
