LaLi Brown

LaLi Brown has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. LaLi most recently worked at Ignite as an IT and Business Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing IT operations and managing the GSuite/Workspace ecosystem. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager, IT Operations at the same company.

Before joining Ignite, LaLi had a long career in the United States Air Force. Their roles there included Principal Systems Administrator, where they managed a team and ensured the security of electronic data systems, and Human Resources Manager, where they handled personnel records and assisted with daily tasks. LaLi also served as a Leadership School Instructor, educating supervisors on Air Force standards, and as a Construction Coordinator, overseeing maintenance and repair projects.

LaLi Brown has a diverse education history that spans several years and includes various degrees and certifications. LaLi began their educational journey in 2001 at the Community College of the Air Force, where they pursued a degree in Construction Technology with a focus on Building and Welding. LaLi completed this program in 2009.

During their time at the Community College of the Air Force, LaLi also pursued another degree in Building Construction Technology, specifically in the field of Building Construction Technology. LaLi completed this program in 2013, after dedicating twelve years to their studies.

In 2013, LaLi enrolled at Ashford University, where they pursued a degree in Organizational Management with a focus on Organizational Management. LaLi completed this program in 2014.

LaLi then continued their education at Capella University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources. LaLi attended from 2016 to 2019.

In addition to their MBA, LaLi pursued further education at Capella University, earning a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Strategy and Innovation. LaLi attended from 2022 to 2025.

LaLi also obtained several certifications throughout their educational journey. LaLi obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the Tri-County Career Academy in May 2021. In 2017, they earned an ITIL Foundation Level certification from the ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level. Additionally, they obtained a Security + certification from CompTIA in September 2016.

Furthermore, during their time in the United States Air Force, LaLi obtained a Top Secret/SCI security clearance, although the specific month and year of their clearance acquisition are unavailable.
