Ercole D. Perrone

Ercole D. Perrone, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Currently, they are a co-founder of Visible Majority, a company established in 2022. Previously, from 2007 until now, Ercole worked as the Chief Executive Officer of IGNITE, where they were responsible for strategic management, governance, and program development. Additionally, they led a team of 15 full-time staff and 80 part-time employees and managed a $13 million budget. From 2014 to 2019, Ercole worked as a Management Consultant at Hatley Park Consulting. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2006, they served as the Ontario Regional Director of the Canadian Unity Council, overseeing the management, coordination, and improvement of the Summer Work-Student Exchange program in the province.
