Ignite serves young people ages 14 to 26 who are overcoming homelessness and housing insecurity in Chicago. 

We do this through programs, services and a lifelong community that collectively transform an individual’s potential. We have stood beside Chicago’s most vulnerable young people for over 40 years, previously as Teen Living Programs. We believe every young person should have the support they need to be defined by their potential, not their circumstances.

The Finance Team at Ignite is responsible for managing the organization's financial health and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support young people facing homelessness and housing insecurity. This team oversees budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance, while also working to optimize funding for programs and services that empower youth in Chicago. Through strategic financial planning and analysis, the Finance Team plays a crucial role in sustaining Ignite’s mission and driving impactful outcomes for the community.
