Nausheen Ali

Nausheen Ali currently holds the position of Director of Workforce Development & Attraction at Ignite since October 2018, having previously served as Manager and Population Growth Specialist in the same department. Additionally, Nausheen held the role of Board Chair at Fredericton Public Library from April 2023 to April 2024. From September 2016 to July 2018, Nausheen was the Chief Executive Officer of SLRC Pvt. Ltd. Nausheen’s early career includes a significant tenure at syntecX from June 2007 to August 2016, where responsibilities encompassed the development of an HR system and consulting on HRIS implementation. Nausheen holds an MBA in Human Resources from IoBM and an MS in Human Resources from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology.
