Amanda Davis is a Recruiter at Ignite. Amanda was previously a Human Resources Generalist at Trideum Corporation from January 2020 to December 2021. At Trideum, Amanda was responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating with Program Managers and Executives. Amanda also conducted contract negotiations, background checks, CAC card transfers, badge flips, onboarding, and new hire relocations/accommodations for new employees. Amanda created a training curriculum and utilized it in new employee onboarding, continuing education training, and labor relations. Amanda was also the Senior Recruiter for a SAIC and Battlefield Contract for open Requisitions on Redstone Arsenal and other various locations. In their role, Amanda responded to general inquiries regarding policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and timecards from employees and leadership. Amanda also reviewed, analyzed, updated unique human resources requirements (i.e., OCONUS, State/Local, SCA, CBA), and advised appropriate personnel. Amanda guided managers and business operations personnel through complex international labor laws, visa/green card processing, benefits, relocation, travel, culture training, language assistance, etc. Amanda conducted all activities related to the domestic and international employee life cycle, including workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, development, retainment, and offboarding. Amanda Davis holds a certification in Internal Revenue Practitioner from the Internal Revenue Service and certifications in Leadership and Compliance from Block Academy. Amanda attended Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General, and John C Calhoun State Community College.
