Dr. Joseph DiNoto, DSS, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership within the national security sector. Currently serving as Executive Director of Strategy at Obsidian, Dr. DiNoto has previously held notable roles, including Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer at IGNITE, where responsibilities involved portfolio management and strategic planning in collaboration with the CEO. A veteran of the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, Dr. DiNoto has also contributed as Chief Security Officer and Director of Intelligence and Security, managing complex operations and security strategies across multiple high-stakes environments. Dr. DiNoto holds a Doctorate in Strategic Security Studies, a Master's degree in Global Strategies and International Affairs, and a Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies and National Security Affairs, alongside various specialized security and intelligence training credentials.
