Maarten Klumpers

Maarten Klumpers is an experienced professional specializing in EU subsidies and project management. Currently serving as an Adviseur EU subsidies and Financieel projectmanager for the Interreg NSR project INDU-ZERO at Provincie Overijssel, Maarten also holds the role of Senior Consultant at Ignite Group Nederland, where guidance is provided to governments and public-private partnerships in utilizing funding opportunities. Additionally, Maarten functions as Subsidiecoordinator for Noaberkracht and municipality of Lochem. Previous experience includes consultant positions at Vindsubsidies and Atlas Advies, where expertise was developed in policy advice, subsidy applications, and project management for municipalities and educational institutions. Maarten holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Governance from the University of Twente, along with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration.
