Will Lester is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Data & Technology at Ignite Philanthropy. In the past, Will served as the Vice President of Data Services at Blue Fox LLC and held various leadership roles at dcm, Inc, TRG Arts, and Meritor. Will holds a Master of Science in Customer Analytics from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Drury University.
