Thomas Karlsrud has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they worked at Telenor as a Technical Support representative, providing troubleshooting assistance and guidance to customers experiencing internet connection issues. In the same year, they also ran their own small business, offering iPhone repair services and gaining experience in marketing and sourcing. In 2017, they worked at PM-International AG as a Sales Customer Support representative, assisting customers with orders and subscriptions. Due to their service in the army, they had a short work period at this company. In 2022, Thomas worked at Loyalty AS as a Customer Advisor and Sales Consultant, where they onboarded customers and upsold existing subscribers. Currently, they are working at Ignite Procurement as a Customer Experience Representative.
Thomas Karlsrud is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at BI Norwegian Business School in Organizational psychology, HR, and leadership, starting from the year 2021. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the same institution, spanning from 2018 to 2021.
