Dana Britt

Dana Britt is a Partner at Education Elements, where responsibilities include consulting for school districts in strategic planning, personalized learning, and responsive organizational practices, with a focus on new partnership development in New York state. Previously, Dana served as a Senior Design Principal and Design & Implementation Consultant at Education Elements, supporting over 100 schools across 16 states in transitioning to blended learning environments. Prior experience includes roles in the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), where Dana managed educational technology programs and coordinated blended learning initiatives, as well as serving as a Secondary English Teacher. Dana holds an Ed.M. in Technology, Innovation, and Education from Harvard University and a B.A. in English from Wellesley College.
