Taylor Gumina

Taylor Gumina has a diverse work experience across various industries. They began their career in 2008 as a Stagehand at Rockford Fine Arts Auditorium, where they were responsible for maintaining and running the sound and light board, as well as building and tearing down set pieces. In 2011, they worked as a Graphic Designer and Public Relations for Fashion Has Heart, designing the logo for the organization's memorial exhibit and assisting with website design. They also worked as a Staff Reporter for Kalamazoo Local Music Scene and an Arts and Entertainment Reporter for Western Herald during this time.

In 2012, Taylor joined Savvy Bridal & Formal Exchange as a Bridal Consultant and later became a PR Intern at the same company in 2013. As a PR Intern, they oversaw the company blog, managed social media promotion, and improved SEO.

Taylor then worked as a Public Relations Intern for the Francophone Film Festival of Kalamazoo, where they coordinated events, produced a monthly newsletter, and updated social media content.

In 2014, Taylor became the Program Director at 89.1 FM WIDR Kalamazoo, and in 2015, they worked as a Social Media/Public Relations Specialist at The Gown Shop - Ann Arbor for a brief period.

Currently, Taylor is a Senior Content Producer at Ignite Social Media. In this role, they create visual guidelines and content for Fortune 500 brands, develop and implement social campaigns, manage production and creative execution for video and image shoots, collaborate with strategy and account teams, and plan, shoot, and edit branded content. They also develop and optimize content for various social media channels.
