Mina Soliman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT field. Starting in 2006, Mina worked as a Junior Software Engineer at VirgiTech. In 2007, they joined Travel Solutions Egypt as a Senior Software Engineer, where they successfully developed and implemented a web application for managing operations in the travel industry.

Following this, Mina worked at Link Development from 2007 to 2012, holding various roles including Senior Software Engineer, Software Technical Lead, and Technical Project Lead. During this time, they were responsible for developing C++ tools, collaborating with the Egypt team on portal features, and working on projects for mazzika& Otlob.

In 2012, Mina co-founded T-Edge and served as the CO-Founder Technical Manager until 2016. Then, from 2017 to 2018, they worked at InstaCloudHub as a Senior Software Architect and Technical Project Manager, leading agile project management and defining software architecture and design.

From 2018 to 2019, Mina joined Link Development again, this time as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the successful execution of projects. Subsequently, in 2019, they joined IBM as a Program Manager and worked there until 2020.

Currently, Mina is employed at Ignite Technologies as a Customer Success Manager, a role they assumed in 2020. With their extensive experience in software development, project management, and customer success, Mina Soliman brings a comprehensive skill set to their work in the IT field.

Mina Soliman has a diverse education background that includes both a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Helwan University Cairo, earned between 2002 and 2006, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Knowledge Academy, completed in 2008.
