Neeraj Gupta

Neeraj Gupta has a diverse and extensive work experience in corporate development, M&A, and intellectual property consulting. Neeraj is currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at ESW Capital since March 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Corporate Development/M&A at ESW Capital from January 2016 to March 2021. Before joining ESW Capital, Neeraj Gupta worked as the Chief Investment Officer at Trilogy and held the same role at Aurea Software, Ignite Technologies, GFI Software, and Versata. Neeraj also founded and managed Base2 Advisors, where they specialized in buying and lending to B2B software companies. Neeraj Gupta has significant expertise in technology and intellectual property consulting as they served as the President of NTrak IP Consulting and the Managing Director of Intellectual Property at Versata. Neeraj also had a substantial tenure at Trilogy, where they held the position of VP Product Strategy. Throughout their career, Neeraj Gupta has been involved in over 30 patent litigations and has represented over $1 billion in acquisition and lending appetite for serial acquirers.
