Zack Milne currently serves as a Service Desk Technician at Ignite Technology, a position held since March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer/Online Banking Specialist at ATB Financial from November 2013 to January 2017, where assistance was provided for banking inquiries and product consultations. From December 2011 to April 2013, Zack worked as a Point of Sale Technician at Restaurant Strategies Inc., focusing on the deployment of software and hardware for point-of-sale systems and networking devices. Zack is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Systems at Athabasca University, expected to complete in February 2026, and holds a Diploma with Honors in Information Systems Security from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, obtained in August 2022.
