Jenna Long has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jenna started their career as a Company Management Intern and Script Evaluator at La Jolla Playhouse and later worked as a Stage Management Intern and Ticket Sales Representative at The Old Globe. Jenna then served as a Copy Editor, Arts Columnist & Nonprofit/Lifestyle Reporter, and Special Projects Editor at the San Diego Daily Transcript. Jenna also gained experience as an Associate Merchant of Global Sourcing at HD Supply Facilities Maintenance.

In 2011, Jenna joined the YMCA of San Diego County as a Site Supervisor and later held the same role at After-School All-Stars. Jenna then transitioned to the marketing field, working as a Marketing Coordinator for ROC Race 5K and later as a Marketing Manager for WIPEOUTRUN & ROC Race 5K at VAVi Sport & Social Club. Jenna eventually became the Marketing Manager at VAVi, Inc., where they created and implemented marketing plans and directed digital and social media marketing platforms.

In 2018, Jenna joined Ignite Visibility as a Paid Media Strategist and was later promoted several times, ultimately serving as the Associate Director of Paid Media. During their time at Ignite Visibility, their responsibilities included managing client performance goals, leading a team of strategists, and optimizing ad spends across various platforms.

In 2021, Jenna joined Power Digital Marketing as an Associate Director of Paid Advertising, where they directed omnichannel accounts and owned a significant portion of the department's revenue. Jenna also served as a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist at the company.
