Howard Huang

Howard Huang has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Howard started their career in 1997 as a Loan Processor at Harbor Mortgage Financial. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Professional Services Manager at GlobalTek Inc, where they led a team of recruiters and account managers.

In 1999, they also worked as a Marketing and Research Analyst in the metropolitan area, where they compiled market surveys and financial analysis reports.

From 2003 to 2011, Howard held multiple roles at YRCI, including Manager of Professional Services and Director of Professional Services. Howard was responsible for account management, business development, and recruiting operations.

In 2011, they joined ManTech as a TA SME, where they created strategies for pre-award and post-award support for the Cyber Defense Solutions group.

From 2012 to 2018, Howard worked as the Vice President of a private DC Metro Company, where they strategically positioned the company for rapid growth in the government contracting and Intel sector.

Since 2018, they have been serving as the President and CEO of Ignitec Inc, where they help organizations optimize technology implementations and provides expert teams and solutions for various areas such as cloud enablement and security.

Howard Huang received a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Maryland in 2002. Prior to attending college, they attended Mahwah High School.
