Quan Phan

Quan Phan has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Quan started their career in 2004 as the Managing Director at HP Elite & Beyond LLC, a position where they currently work. In 2013, they joined Braddock Road Youth Club as the Academy Director and held the position until 2013. Later on, they joined Prince William Soccer Inc and took on multiple roles including Director of Youth Development, Director of Coaching, Technical Director, and Executive Director. In 2019, they also became the Executive Director at Beyond HP, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to student-athletes. Additionally, they had a brief stint as a Business Development Liason at Ignitec Inc in 2019. Recently, in 2021, Quan Phan joined Virginia Development Academy as the Executive Director.

Quan Phan attended James Madison University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Integrated Science and Technology with a focus on Health Services Administration. In addition to their college education, they have also obtained two certifications. In December 2015, they earned a Director of Coaching Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. In January 2014, they earned a USSF A License from the U.S. Soccer Federation.
