Andrew Baker

Andrew Baker is a Senior Adviser at Ignition Advice in Sydney, Australia. Andrew has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including pension, healthcare, and investment solutions.

Andrew began their career at NMG Consulting, where they led the UK & EMEA practice. Andrew then moved to QSuper Group as Chief Officer of Marketing & Member Experience. In 2015, they joined AustralianSuper as Head of Proposition, Product, & Strategy.

In 2018, Andrew returned to NMG Consulting as Director. Andrew also became Director of NMG Benefits, a significant employee benefits provider in South Africa. In 2020, they were appointed Chair of Audit & Risk Committee for NMG Administrators Botswana, the largest pension fund in Botswana.

Andrew has a proven track record in developing and executing strategies that create value for clients and shareholders. Andrew is a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Andrew Baker has a Masters of Science in Management from the London Business School and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Andrew also has a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Management from Monash University.
