Hailey Kern

Hailey Kern, CPA, currently serves as Fund Manager and Senior Fund Accountant at Ignition Partners since October 2022. Previous experience includes a tenure at Deloitte from October 2019 to October 2022, progressing through roles of Senior Tax Consultant in International Tax and Global Employer Services, as well as Tax Consultant in Global Employer Services, and a Tax Internship. Early professional experiences encompass a Business Developer role at Kamozi Marketing Ltd. in 2017, where responsibilities included enhancing social media presence and conducting market research, and an Actuary Internship at Wellington Insurance Group in 2016 focused on data analysis and reporting. Additionally, leadership was demonstrated as VP Operations for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, managing chapter budgets and fostering community involvement. Education includes a Master's degree and Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, along with a minor in Entrepreneurial Management and Actuarial Mathematics from Texas Christian University.
