Vishnu Arunachalam

Vishnu Arunachalam is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in cloud technologies and IT consulting. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at BaseCap Analytics Inc. since July 2023, Vishnu leads engineering initiatives to support client success. Over a decade-long involvement with IGNITION PARTNERS as a Partner Advisory Board Member has equipped Vishnu to guide strategy for portfolio companies in Cloud and Big Data. Formerly, Vishnu held senior leadership roles at Searce Inc., where responsibilities included leading enterprise sales and cloud consulting for the US West and UK&I regions. Previous positions include CTO at Redapt Inc., Principal at Attunix, and various engineering roles at Microsoft, EMC, and Tech Mahindra, showcasing a strong background in cloud strategy, analytics, and solution architecture. Vishnu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai.
