Francesca Deery

Francesca Deery is currently the VP of People & Culture at Ignition. Prior to their current role, they served as the Head of Human Resources for Solutions & Finance at Reach plc from September 2016 to July 2019. Francesca has also worked as an HR Business Partner at Allegis Group from July 2015 to September 2016 and at Hudson from April 2014 to June 2015. Additionally, they have experience as an HR Consultant at Boston Scientific and as a Senior HR Advisor at Metropolitan Housing Partnership.

Francesca Deery received a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Auckland. Francesca also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Auckland.

Francesca Deery works with Dan Johnston - VP Design, Matt Kanas - Head of AMER, and Mark Bartels - Chief Financial Officer. Their manager is Guy Pearson, Co-Founder & CEO.
