Scott Arbeitman has extensive experience in data and analytics, with their most recent role as the Head of Data and Analytics at Ignition. Prior to that, they worked at Culture Amp, where they held various roles including Data Platform Lead, Analytics Capability Lead, and Product Analytics Lead. At Culture Amp, they focused on democratizing data and built systems to enable others to access and analyze big data solutions. Scott has also worked as the Head of Digital Marketing and Analytics at Culture Amp, where they oversaw the marketing technical stack, analytics, and media purchasing.

Before their time at Culture Amp, Scott co-founded Castify, a web service that turned blogs into podcasts. Scott has also worked as a Digital Analytics Specialist at Telstra, delivering actionable reports and establishing self-service capabilities. Scott's experience also includes roles at Bellroy, Investling, Tricycle Developments, Melbourne Business School, Renewtek, and Goldman Sachs JBWere. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in areas such as digital marketing, product analytics, business intelligence, and software architecture.

Scott Arbeitman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computing Science and Psychology (Minor) from McGill University in 2003. Scott then pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of Melbourne in 2003. In 2008, Scott attended the University of Melbourne again, completing the Community Access Program in Information Systems (Business Analysis and Modeling). Scott went on to obtain an MBA from the Melbourne Business School in 2011, specializing in Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Accounting, HR Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Operations Management. Scott also participated in an exchange program at Tel Aviv University in 2010-2011 as part of their MBA studies.
