Greg Maddox

Greg Maddox is a seasoned professional in project and software management with extensive experience spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Software Development Scrum Master Team Lead at Ignition Group since February 2019, Greg focuses on enhancing team self-organization and removing impediments to success. Prior roles include Scrum Master and Project Manager at Derivco, where Greg managed iOS and Android client products using a blend of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Greg's background also includes consultancy in project management at GM Projects, as well as significant leadership positions at Nedbank leading multi-million Rand projects, and operational risk management in earlier roles at Consumer Credit and NBS Bank. Greg holds a Master of Commerce degree in Project Management & Leadership, a PMP certification, and an A-CSM credential, highlighting strong educational foundations in economics and project management.
