Will T. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2005, they started working as a Digital Project Manager at Sectorlight, and then moved on to become a Digital Project Manager at Head London in 2007. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Digital Client Lead and Digital Project Lead at Aqueduct. Will then joined Digitas Liquorice in 2012 as a Group Account Director and later became a Business Unit Director in 2017. In 2019, they worked as a Loyalty Brand Manager at Unilever. In 2017, Will founded Drive Digital Consultancy & Training, where they provided digital strategy and training. Will then joined Talksure Pty Ltd in 2020 as the Head of Digital and Marketing. In 2022, they became the Head of Non-Regulated Products at Ignition Group. Additionally, in 2018, they co-founded Tugela Tours.

Will T. attended SAE Institute London from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a BA (hons) degree in New Media Management. In addition to their degree, they have additional certifications in Digital Analytics Fundamentals from Google, which they obtained in October 2013, and in Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in July 2011.
