Elina Priedite

Elina Priedite is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Finance and Business Support at Ignitis Group Latvija since March 2025, Priedite previously held the position of Head of Finance at Intrum Global Technologies from May 2022 to March 2025, overseeing the finance function. Prior to that, Priedite was the Head of Finance and Administration at Stockmann, managing multiple departments including Accounting, FP&A, and IT, while also spearheading digital projects and compliance initiatives. Further experience includes roles at Citadele banka as Head of Financial Reporting, where regulatory reporting and project management were key responsibilities, and as Business Control Director within Rimi Baltic Group, focusing on financial controls and strategic project support. Priedite's career began at Diena as an Economist, progressing to significant financial management roles over the years. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Riga Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Banking from the BA School of Business and Finance.
