Pawan Tiwari

Pawan Tiwari has an extensive work experience in the field of project management and technical roles. Pawan is currently working as a Senior Technical Project Manager for Ignitiv since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Punchh as a Senior Technical Product Manager from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for documentation, 3rd party POS integration, managing product backlogs, and supporting integration partners.

Before Punchh, Pawan worked at Aspire Systems as a Project Manager from 2019 to 2021. Here, they worked directly with retail clients for POS enhancements and implementations, provided project updates and resolutions, and implemented new processes for optimizing development and support efforts.

From 2013 to 2019, Pawan worked at Ignitiv as a Technical Project Manager and Tech Lead for Xstore POS. Pawan established training processes, performed gap analysis and requirements gathering, and delegated tasks to their team. Pawan also worked closely with clients, provided technical training, and supported project implementations.

Prior to these roles, Pawan worked at Opus Software Solutions as a Senior Engineer from 2012 to 2013, where they were involved in website development and incident management. Pawan also worked at Clobas Technologies as a Proprietor for product management and development in 2012, and at Skillnet Solutions Inc as a Software Engineer II from 2006 to 2011, where they were responsible for software development and testing.

Pawan Tiwari has a diverse education history. Pawan obtained their MCA (Master of Computer Applications) degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they studied Computer Applications from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their B.Sc degree in Mathematics and Physics from V.B.S Purvanchal University from 1996 to 1999. During the same period, they also earned a Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) specializing in Software Technology from V.B.S Purvanchal University in 1997-1998.

Before their university education, Pawan attended Children School Azamgarh, UP, where they completed their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a focus on Science from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) with a focus on Science at the same school from 1992 to 1994.

Apart from their formal education, Pawan Tiwari has acquired various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Some of these include certifications in AWS Cloud Technical Essentials from Coursera in March 2023, Master In-Demand Professional Soft Skills from LinkedIn in September 2022, and Develop Your Presentation Skills, Improve Your Organizational Skills, and Improve Your Problem-Solving Skills, all from LinkedIn in August 2022. Pawan has also completed certifications such as Become a Product Manager from LinkedIn in April 2022, Omnichannel Retail Strategy Specialization from Coursera in November 2021, and Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers, Strategic Thinking, Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization, Project Management Project, Managing Project Risks and Changes, Budgeting and Scheduling Projects, Initiating and Planning Projects, and What is Data Science?, all from various institutions and platforms in 2020 and 2021. Additionally, Pawan obtained the Elastic Path Commerce Cloud Solution Architect Specialist certification from Elastic Path in May 2023.
