Eric Tilds

Eric Tilds is an Enterprise Risk Leader with over 20 years of C-Suite Legal and Risk Management experience.

He’s a former COO at Entrega, a Tier-1 supplier of technology services to the automotive industry. Eric has gained nine years of experience as EVP, General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer, and Corporate Secretary for Logicalis, a global information and communications technology service provider. And prior to that, he served as VP, Legal & Administration for Netarx, LLC, overseeing all operational functions including legal, purchasing, human resources, administration, and vendor relations during a twelve-year period of explosive growth, culminating in an exit to Logicalis.

Eric joined Ignyte as General Counsel providing guidance on MSA, SOWs contract work products, advising on sub-contractor agreements, and supplier-related issues.

He is a Michigan State Bar Member and a Faculty Member at Practising Law Institute. He holds multiple degrees from the University of Michigan and Wayne State University, including an MBA and JD, Law.
