David Fleischer has a M.S. in Technology Management from the University of Maryland, and a B.S. in Sociology from Radford University. David also has certification from the Office of Government Commerce in ITIL v3 Foundations, ASQ - World Headquarters in Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt, and Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional.
