Victor Rainsford

Victor Rainsford serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Ignyte Insurance since April 2025, bringing extensive financial leadership experience from previous roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at US Digestive Health from July 2019 to March 2025, where the company was sold to UHG. Prior to that, Rainsford held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at GENEX Services, LLC from May 2015 to January 2019, during which time the company was sold to Stone Point Capital. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Bracket Global from August 2013 to April 2015 and Managing Partner at Rain Partners, LLC from July 2012 to August 2013. Rainsford holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from the University of Pittsburgh.
