Claire Faulkner

Claire Faulkner is a Graduate Geologist at IGO Ltd since February 2023, following a diverse background in geology and student services at the University of Adelaide, where Claire served as a Student Services Officer and engaged in research with the Metal Isotope Group. Claire participated in an international geological study tour in Oman and held the position of Assistant Geoscientist with the Department for Energy and Mining, South Australia. As President of the Adelaide University Geological Society in 2021, Claire also contributed as a volunteer and writer for the Dirt Newsletter. Previous roles include internships and programs at ANSTO and AINSE Ltd., and Claire has a strong foundation in retail as a former Retail Assistant at Kmart Australia Limited. Claire holds a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) in Chemistry and Geology from the University of Adelaide and has furthered education through various programs, including a global exchange at the University of Birmingham.
